Verses 12 – 17:

Moses was the intercessor between God and Israelites. God knew Moses intimately. Moses prayed/asked God for favors on Israel’s behalf. God granted Moses’ requests. Likewise God will grant us our requests if we know Him and if He knows us.

Romans 1:19 – 24

God will have mercy on whom He will have mercy. Who are we to question His judgement? God is all-knowing. There are times when we assume something which turns out completely incorrect.

1 Peter 1:13 – 15

Sin/iniquity cannot enter the presence of God. Even though Moses knew God he could not see His glory and live (Exodus 33:20 – 23).
